Shipping policy

Oscar Green Cigars complies with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the sale and shipment of premium cigars. Due to state‑specific tobacco laws, we are unable to ship cigars to certain locations.

Restricted States (No Shipping Available)

We do not ship cigars to the following states or jurisdictions:

Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington

Orders placed with a shipping address in any restricted state will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Age Verification

All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Oscar Green Cigars. We use age‑verification tools at checkout to confirm eligibility. By placing an order, you certify that you meet the legal age requirement for tobacco purchases in your jurisdiction.

Shipping Within Eligible States

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS to all eligible states. Delivery may require adult signature (21+) depending on carrier requirements.

Order Processing

Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day

Age Verification: Required at checkout and upon delivery (21+ only)
